Customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy outlines when refunds or returns are applicable.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon delivery

  • The wrong item was delivered

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made gifts

  • Perishable items

  • Items damaged due to customer handling

Refund Process

Once approved:

  • Refunds are processed through the original payment method

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
